Terms of Service
By using Ditther you agree to these terms. They are written to be straightforward. If something is unclear, just reach out.
Using Ditther
Ditther is a browser-based creative tool. You can use it for personal work or commercial projects. We only ask that you use it responsibly. Specifically, you agree not to:
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer or try to extract source code from any protected part of Ditther.
- Use Ditther to create or distribute unlawful content.
- Circumvent Pro access controls or share Pro account credentials with others.
Your Content
You own everything you create with Ditther. We do not claim any rights over your images, videos, or exported work.
Because your files are processed locally in your browser and never sent to our servers, we have no access to your content and make no claims about it. You are responsible for making sure you have the rights to any content you use.
Pro Features
Some features require a Pro license purchased through Polar. By purchasing, you also agree to Polar's terms.
Pro access is for one person and one account. Please do not share your credentials.
We may revoke Pro access without a refund if a payment is charged back, if fraud is detected, or if an account is found to be violating these terms.
Refunds
All payments are final. Ditther is a lifetime license, not a subscription, so we do not offer refunds once a purchase is made.
That said, if something goes wrong on our end and you cannot access Pro features after paying, please email us within 14 days and we will sort it out. We want people to get what they paid for.
Availability
We do our best to keep Ditther running reliably. That said, we cannot promise uninterrupted service. Features may change or be updated at any time. We will communicate significant changes where we can.
Lifetime access means access for as long as Ditther operates as a service.
Intellectual Property
Ditther's design, code, and branding are owned by Ditther's creator. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of Ditther without permission. Your own creative work is yours entirely.
Limitation of Liability
Ditther is provided "as is" without any warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ditther and its creator are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or business. Your use of Ditther is at your own risk.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be at this URL with a revised date at the top. Continued use of Ditther after an update means you accept the new terms.
